Product placement! Big Sexy Hair

I swear I should be a spokesperson for Big Sexy Hair.  Spray and play volumizing hairspray is by far my most cherished beauty product!  I have super fine hair, with no volume, that doesn't hold a curl.  Big Sexy Hair works wonders!  It gives major volume and will hold my curls all night long!  I will never buy another hairspray EVER!  Go buy it NOW!

I have yet to try the rest of the Big Sexy Hair line, but I am eager to try it since I love the hairspray so much!

UGGS!

Ok...I know that many fashion experts think Uggs are a huge fashion DON'T.  Personally, I didn't even know what Uggs were until I started college.  At first I hated them, I did not think they were cute at all!  Once winter came my opinions changed.  Walking 20 minutes to class in the middle of winter in Indiana is not fun...It's COLD!  My friend that lived across from me had a pair of Uggs that I decided to try on, and I instantly fell in love!  They may not be the cutest boots around, but they are warm and cozy!  I now have two pairs that I love and there are a few more I want to get!  Below are a few I have my eye on!

BUSY!!!

So, I've been super busy with school!  Its my last week of classes and I have lots of papers and projects to do!  I'm going to try to update Friday or Saturday but that may not happen because I have finals next week!  So we'll see!!! But I will definatly be back after finals because I have 3 weeks off!  So looks for many updates!

Black Nail Polish is SOOO last season!!!

Ok…I lied black nail polish is defiantly still IN…and I don’t think it’s going anywhere! But bold, bright, colorful nail polish is so in this season! Now I know this is not a new trend, but I was about to paint my nails and I realized how much I love this trend and I had to share it with all of you! The color that inspired this post…and somewhat inspired my entire blog…Mesmerize by Essie. It’s a rich cobalt blue and it is beautiful! Other colors I adore: Green-wich village by OPI, No Room for the Blues by OPI, Mint Candy Apple by Essie, and of course any hot pink color!


Another fabulous recent trend: matte nail polish. It doesn’t seem like this trend is taking off as much as it should be…but I may be wrong. Personally I’m a little torn. I bought La Paz-itively Hot-Matte by OPI and I do like it…but it was pretty much the only color I liked from OPIs matte collection. Although I have seen pictures of matte black polish I really liked! There are also several top coats you can put over your normal glossy polish to make it matte. I personally have not tried this but I am defiantly planning on it! The only downside to matte nail polish is it doesn’t last as long as glossy nail polish. It states this in the tag that is on the bottle when you buy it. Mine lasted a day, at most, before it started chipping.

Introduction!

Hey World!!! The name is Lo and I'm a junior at Indiana University! I had the random/crazy idea to start a blog! So I will mostly be writing about fashion, since that is what inspired me to do this, but knowing me I will probably write about random things. I'll try to write as much as possible, but like I said I'm a junior in college, and I have finals in 2 weeks, so this blog will most likely no last very long...but I'm gonna try!

P.S. I'm a Biochemistry major...NOT an English major, so ignore any spelling errors and improper grammar, cause there will be PLENTY of it!

One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl are about to start so I will try to post after them!!! I'm also looking for a sweet Christmas layout so look out for that!
